Sonia Perry was surprisingly not arrested for huffing or eating glue, but for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy in New Castle, Indiana.
According to police, she held a 12-year-old boy against his will inside an apartment and sexually assaulted his 14-year-old brother. You can read more about the incident here.

Richard Cummings was arrested and charged with 13 counts of sexual conduct with a minor, two counts of sexual abuse, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and one count each of indecent exposure, continuous sexual abuse of a minor, and sexual exploitation of a minor.
William Baker was arrested for lewd and lascivious assault on a child under 16 years of age.
