Ah, a mug shot is always so much better when there is a story behind it.
Robert Linger is the general manager of the Fox affiliate in Tampa, WTVT. He was arrested for whipping it out in front of an undercover officer at an adult “establishment.”
According to ABC Action News out of Tampa, “officers were working as part of an undercover operation targeting adult establishments to make sure they are in compliance with city statutes.”
Linger and others then “formed a ring around the officers, and then Linger and the others exposed themselves.”
